Thumbs up

welcome Wizard, Michele, Mason, and Sharon
The count is 9 SSRs hauling 16 fanatics !

3 more SSRs are tentative ( possible 12 SSRs). At this rate, we will easily have 25 SSRs.

Remember to call the Crown ASAP to reserve the night or nights you want. Fall foliage season will fill the hotel. I will keep the block expanding as much as possible. So far we will all stay on the same floor.

Great

Liz and Roger are added to the list!
10 SSRs / hauling 18 fanatics !

We will now get our group rates at the attractions. A couple bucks here and there add up.

Remember to make your reservations at the Crown under "SSR FANATICS".
This will save you $65 per night (rooms are normaly $200/night).

There will be more when it gets closer.
We can talk it up at the next Meet & Greet.
We need something local that we don't have to drive 2 days to get to.

I figured this thread would pick up as time creeped closer...
Im just surprised ALL the North east topics dropped off.
Seemed there lots of conversations in the other subjects.

LoL … ? Hijacker? …LOL

Hi John, and welcome to the Berkshire Tour,

What I think CQQL is trying to say in a diplomatic way is….

“Its nice to have you join this thread, but if you would like more attention to your event, you should start a specific thread. Then the conversation can focus on your intent and not get lost in another topic”.

See you on the road

Wild Bill

No big deal Barakouda

I have 10 rooms blocked, so far I think 6 are officially reserved. They are automaticlly expanding my block so there will be pleanty of rooms. I think there is still 10 rooms open.
I did this so it wont matter how many come. then theres no stress trying to hit the minimal or last minute preperations for extra drop ins.

It would be a good idea to book before August 1st becuase the leaf peepers will fill the hotel.
Once the hotel books, they will stop the auto expanding block.

It will be nice to get a count so I can tell the hotel how many V.I.P. parking places to reserve. (VIP= Very Intense Pickup).
At last count, there was 10 confirmed and 3 tentative.

Welcome to Photoblur... your on the list!
Please be sure to call the Crown for reservations and sign up for the priority club for your free breakfast.
Remeber to reserve under "SSR FANATIC" to get the special rate ($70 per night)

A good many roads that were scheduled for this event have a fresh coat of blacktop (apparently Mass had some extra cash)... Nice and smooth! The rest are in real good shape.... smooth sailing and great views

I will be taking another head count soon just to get an accurate number.

See you all soon
