WARNING,.... If you put too much work into cleaning the R, it will rain. If you run a quick cloth over her, it would hurt so much if it does rain.

I just gave mine a 5 minute wash yesterday... Not quite show quality, not quite a feild truck.

If the mess coming thru central US hits early or compresses out by Penn, It will be a perfect weekend weather wise.

It will be fun rain or shine.

Q?

Hey Bill,

Will we be using family service radios to keep in touch on the road? If so I think I can dig one or two up. I also have Nextel too, but don't know who else might.

Jeff

p.s. I stopped by my detailer guy today to see if he could work me in by Friday for a quick wash & wax, but he was closed! Considering your theory, maybe I shouldn't try back tomorrow?!?

Hey Jeff,

If you have a couple wakie talkies, that would be great... One for lead and one for the sweep. If I can keep in touch with the last R, Ill keep the group together easier. I planned to pick a set up tonight,.. but then again, Ive been planning that for the past week... I keep putting it off...lol

There is a pretty good chance we'll hit rain this weekend.. Its calling for 30% chances,.. which around here means its going to rain for at least 30% of the weekend... hopefully it will all be at night...lol
I quick-washed the R and foamed the tires on Sunday,.. Its a 15 foot show truck..... (from 15 feet away, it looks show quality).

I would suggest rinsing her off a bit, then promise her a detail next week.

See you in a few days!!!!

To all,

It is with much regret that Terry and I have to cancel our attendance this weekend, I was just informed that I have to fly to Europe on Saturday for an important company meeting in Brussels on Sun and Monday, flying home on Tue.

I can't even put into words how disappointed I am about this, I was really looking forward to it.

Early Rs

Theres is about 20 places to eat within .02 of a mile of the Crown. Right across the street (rt 7) is Patrics Pub.. another good place is the Brewry.

If your looking for something to see,.. our city musium is also right across the street (rt7).

You can stroll down North st (our main street), .. there are lots of interesting stores and assorted artwork on display.

I will get security to start clearing our parking areas Thursday night.

Red and I will be pool side around 5:30 pm... see you then

Bershires Tour, FS Radios

Hey Guys,

I have been talking with Bill and I will have 5 Family Service Radios with me so we can keep in touch on the road. If anyone else has one or two hanging around, please bring them with you.

Jeffs idea for everyone to have a radio is perfect.
( Jeff, You may have just started an SSR Trend)

Im stopping by the store tonight to pick up a couple
Jeff tells me the radios he has are ..
Uniden EroTrek 14 channel
Motorola Talkabout 14 Channel
Bell South 22 channel.

most radios with channel changing capabilities (not closed frequesncies like some walkie talkies) should work.

Please post if you can bring one or more.

Thanks, See you all Tomorrow

Wild Bill

I bought a couple of radios for Maggie Valley. Now if I could only find them.
I will look in the camper tomorrow morning.

We will be leaving after the kids get home from school.
It is a 3 hour trip so we should be there around 6:30 PM.
