Each year the Corning, NY area hosts a Ferrari meet. This year it was an International group meet with class Judging.
This was held in downtown Corning on Thursday and called "The Art of Ferrari". I was not able to make the event but a
friend who is a Photographer was there and took quite a few pictures. He sent a CD home for us to check out this weekend.
Some of these vehicles are valued at over 10 Million dollars.
With his permission I am posting some of my favorites.
My SSR: #23198 06 Blue 3SS #375 of 532 - Birthday 12/21/05 - Took delivery 9/5/06 (2nd owner)

Do they really allow Ferraris to be painted yellow?

Too bad I didn't know you were in the area, we could have hooked up and did a
little Run of our own thru the area. We took a ride up the East side of Seneca
Lake on Sunday, stopped at a couple of Wineries and took some pics. Weather
was absolutly perfect, 80 degrees and not a cloud in the sky.
Must have spotted a least 6 Ferrari's tooling around or parked at a Winery.

There were more than 130 Ferraris on the track alone and closer to 250 in total. As many as I've ever seen in 1 place. Each of the events you have planned should be great, especially the Wings of Time museum. Did you notice a DC3 in the air? The "Flagship Detroit", a 1937 DC-3 G102 was providing an aerial perspective of the weekend for us....

Ah the DC-3. We used to call that lumbering beast the Aluminum Overcast because it cruised so slowly.
Great plane to fly, however!
