I have checked in at the Hilton rm 329. Have not seen any one else so I guess I will have dinner alone.
Saw your R when I drove by 2 hours ago. Almost turned in but then I realized I am at the other hotel. It took me alot longer than planned to get up here. 1.5 hrs from bethesda to fredererick. (normally takes 40 min). Had to do dinner alone as well on the trip up. I'll see you at the museum in the morning.

I waited until 10pm then I went to Olive Garden for dinner. Got back and I am parked beside a black SSR. Glad it rained as I had a wonderful art work on my windshield and front bumper, bugs bugs and more bugs. I am sure most of us will be up a bit earlier so we can all clean off our wonderful machine, well at least I will.
Humberto dumped some rain last night but right on Que the sun popped out
at 7:00 am., blue skys now.
Temps are going to be in the 60's. Should make for some great pics.
Wanted to thank Dave for putting together this run, I have a wonderful time a BLAST. The scenery was great, real nice Country up here one would not think that just 4 hours away from the hustle of a big city like New York there is so much beauty around makes me realize how much I hate the city life. The falls brought back childhood memories for me, the drive through some of the farm land sure beat the view of tall buildings in the City and the tour of the winery and the chance to taste so many good wines was worth the trip for me. Got the chance to meet new members (watch out Ducky, I hear you) and good to see old one again. A well spent Fall weekend in the Mountains of New York, look forward to next year THANKS.
I got on the road a little earlier that the others this morning. Only took about 6 hrs to get back, including stops. After crossing the NY/PA line about 6-10 miles south there is a scenic overlook and rest stop. The fog was rising up from the valley below so I decided to stop an take a few photos. I was there for nearly a half and hour, took nearly 100 photos. Here are a few:

Thanks guys. Glad you had a good time.
I was worried about the rain hanging around but once we got on the road it held off all day.
The Winery tour and Watkins Glen track ride were somethings we have not done before
and we really enjoyed both. To me the Watkins Glen ride was the highlight of the run.
Brian, those are some great pics you took on your way home.
Some in car camera action on the track.

Thanks Dave for organizing a great Cruise. It was our first and a great one. We enjoyed meeting so many wonderful people. We really enjoyed the scenery and wine tour. To bad we forgot our camera we missed a lot of photo opportunities. It's nice seeing the pics posted that everyone one else has though. Thanks again everyone for a wonderful time.
