It's looking like there's not a whole lot of interest in the night cruise, and the BBQ. The BBQ is happening anyway...it's not really an SSR event, so anyone can show up at anytime. I just can't guarantee other fanatics will be there.

As far as the ice cream and boardwalk goes. I'm still up for it, so I'll go if it's one of us or ten of us. It's up to yoos.

If those of you coming could post your intentions on the thread, I'm sure it would be a great help for other people to determine what they want to do.

Sat day cruise
Sat dinner
Sat night ice cream/boardwalk
Sun BBQ

I'll go update the first post with what I know for sure.

I think I got everyone covered, but if I forgot to give someone my address, or if you decide last minute to show up...my cell is on the pin map. Feel free to give me a call.

I'm a dope! I just realized Covello's (dinner Sat.) has a web site.

http://www.covellosrestaurant.com

The menu is there, for those that want a peak.

Thank you Steve "The Train aka Mr. Horns" Crosscheck for a great day. That was a good run. Nice hanging out with everyone.

However you gotta talk to POLG....he takes dinner too seriously. Smile, smell the butter

Nice day for a White wedding...

Here's a day this bride will never forget, being in the presence of 7 awesome SSR's, some whose colors matched the flowers in her bouquet.

Best of luck, unknown bride.

He's a trip...ain't he? I think it was all that sangria.

Anyway...I had a blast! Thanks to everyone for coming...I hope you all had fun.

I just got back from a solo run (with Nancy) to the shore, and I'm plum tuckered out. I'll go through my pics on Monday and post some then.

By the way...not even 10 minutes after I left Covello's, a flew by me on the Garden State Parkway. We waved, exchanged a beep beep for a wooooo wooooo...and continued along our merry ways.

Steve great job. Randi and I had a great time on the SSR run. Very well planned. It shows you put a lot of time into it's planning.
Your train horns were awewsome. Scared the heck out of Randi and Sherri first time they heard it.
Also we had a great time at your BBQ, sorry we couldn't stay longer. To the rest of the SSR guys you missed a really great spread at Steve's. And yes the pissed off lobster guy was there.
Thanks again Steve
Pictures will follow when I get a chance.

Nice photos Stevie, it looks like ya'll had a lovely time. Where the heck is Nancy? Did you let her go to the run or leave her at home cookin'?

Nancy was working. For some reason, she'd rather be making money than spending it. I guess it works out well, because I'm the complete opposite.
