From Autoline under Autotrends in the December 18 issue of the Enterprise Newspaper of Southern Maryland there is a notice of a "New Years Day Cruise".
It says:
The Thursday Night Cruisers will hold a cruise at 11 AM Jan 1 at the Old Country Buffet, Festival Way Shopping Center in Waldorf, MD. Brunch at the restaurant will be followed by a cruise. Call Bobby at 202-437-0175.
In addition there's also a piece about the "Thursday Night Cruisers":
The Thursday Night Cruisers meet from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursdays at Wendy's, Route 228 West of Waldorf at the Manniakeek Shopping Center. Antique, muscle and special-interest cars welcome. Special appearance by DJ Craig "Car Tunes" Hennige. Call Bobby at 202-437-0175 or Mike at 301-843-1660. [Since this was in the December 18th newspaper the "special appearance" may have been only for the Thursday of that week, but I think they do meet there otherwise on Thursday nights. Maybe the "New Years Day Cruise will replace that Thursday's night meet.]
I have never gone to one of their meetings but maybe the New Years Day cruise will be of interest for those close to Waldorf, MD.
