WE HAVE SET UP A SSR MEETING FOR APRIL 1, 2007 AT BIG ED'S BBQ RIBS, 2316 HWY 130, DAYTON NJ AT 1 PM FOR LUNCH. EVERYONE IS INVITED TO ATTEND AND GET THE CLUB STARTED. PLEASE RSVP. COME JOIN OTHER SSR OWNERS. OTHER EVENTS WILL BE PLANNED FOR THE FUTURE.

Where did you meet today? April 1 is no good for me. My friend is playing at the Trenton War Memorial (Trenton Symphony) and I have tickets. I'll meet up with everyone eventually. Thanks, Frank

The map shown in a previous post is the Old Bridge location of Big Ed's. There are a few locations so don't rely on that map. It is wrong. That's the one we go to all the time.

Big Ed's in Dayton is located at 2316 Route 130 North. It is in the same parking lot as the Econo Lodge.

The best way to get to it is the NJ Turnpike to exit 8A. At the exit, follow the directions to Route 32 West and Route 130. Take Route 32 West until you see the split for Route 130. Bear right onto Route 130 North and it is 1.5 miles on the right. If you see see a traffic light, you went too far. Make a u-turn at the light, get off at the 1st exit, bear left onto Ridge Rd (rt522) and make the 1st right into the Econo Lodge. Big Ed's is just behind the Econo Lodge.

If you are going South on 130, take the Ridge Rd (Rt 522) exit (Just past Dayton Toyota & Dayton Auto Center), bear left onto Ridge Rd (rt522) and make the 1st right into the Econo Lodge. Big Ed's is just behind the Econo Lodge.

We have to make sure that when we park there we don't park anywhere near the kitchen vents. The one in Old Bridge has airborne grease coming out and it sticks to your cars finish. I laugh because the closest parking spots are right next to the building and people can't wait to park there, right under the vents. If they only knew.
I prefer to walk a little and save my paint.

hey gang,
I finally bought my

SSR! Been sitting on the sidelines in the peanut gallery listening,reading and learning! I took the plunge and bought a 2004 yellow SSR on 3-21-07. Id like to join in on the fun of a possible njssr club.
Weather permitting id like to join you guys on april 1st. too!
