North Conway, NH

I was up in North Conway, NH this past week. Be advised that Route 16 North of North Conway center is still under construction.
The road is paved but they are still worknig on it.

I saw a Slingshot Yellow SSR with NH plates two times in North Conway on Route 16.
I also saw an Aqua Blur on Route 16 in Ossippie. I did not see the plates but there was a camp ground tag hanging from the rear view mirror.
Does anyone know who they are?

I will be up there in North Conway again in August from the 5th to the 10th.

I was in the area Tuesday 12th thru Thursday the 14th. Slingshot yellow but PA rr plates. I also saw the Aqua-blur on Mt washington Tuesday afternoon.

I was in North Conway last week camping at the Saco River Campground. I was parked at CVS waiting for my wife and a silver SSR drove by.
I called Dan (poppa) to see if Chick was up in North Conway. (I don't have Chick's phone number)
He called Chick and sure enough it was Chick and Chick's chick driving through town.
Dan told him he just drove by me in the CVS parking lot.
Chick asked Dan if I was driving my SSR. Dan told him that I was camping and was driving a GMC Sierra Crew Cab.
So my buddy Chick tells Dan that he doesn't want to talk to me because I wasn't driving my SSR.
Now that is just wrong.

VA Greenfield was closed today. I would have to go to Bellows Falls or North Hampton both are too far to go to for a perscription.

The wife got up early and took off again to Foxwoods. (2 days in a row)
I don't think a cruise is in order for me today.

I was in Merrimack, NH for a visit and attended the Car Show at Bush. Wow! 730 cars and not one SSR. I did meet two SSR owners but I do not have their names.

We just put a cruise together in Daytona Fl and it all started like you are doing now. What IF?? We ended up with 32 SSR's in Daytona Beach for the weekend and the highlight was two laps on Daytona International Speedway!! Some fun.

You may be able to get onto the track in Louden. Just a thought.
Suggest you pick a weekend, meeting place and the fanatics will come.
Good luck on your cruise. Have fun! I would like to be there to see the trees, do miss the color.

Well we sure had a great day for drive around Lake Winnipesaukee. A couple of stops along the way and Ice Cream at the Weare's made for an enjoyable trip[ - Then on to Carl's & Dot's home on Locke Lake in Center Barnstead for Dogs & Burgers with Fresh Corn on the Cob - And all this was topped off with Dot's Great Potato Salad. We wrapped up the meal with fresh baked Blueberry Cake right out of the oven.

Those in attendance had a great time, but we did miss Dan's and Charlie's presence and hope they can make the next event. I would like to thank Rich (Barracuda) Carl (Woofman) and Dot his wife and none the less my wife Jan for an enjoyable day.

These days I enjoy every one I've got when I'm not being tested by the doctors. For those aware of my illness, my doctors are now setting me up with some AML specialists in at the Dana Faber Cancer Institute in Boston for additional testing. Keep your fingers crossed for me...
