That's what Texas falls and winters are like. When I moved her in 81 it was 80 degrees on Christmas morning. We've had snow here 2 times since I moved here and sticks just long enough to take pictures. We are about 60 miles South of where it usuallly gets ice or snow on the roads. The normal temp is 46/64 this time of the year. I've been thru Virginia many times and love the area. Have a great Holiday.

Hi from Bob and Lin - just purchased our 05 SSR acqua blur last May. We lived in Stratford CT, but recently purchased a home in Fort Pierce FL. Looking forward to the warm weather, and driving with the top down. Will be back in CT end of May, look foward to meeting up with other fanatics. will try to make it to Sturbridge. P.S. if any of you will be attending Daytona or Maggie Valley we'll see u there.
Hey to Cori and Bill.
I don't visit the Forum very often, but when I do, you always come to mind.
You two were such fanatically fantastic hosts when we attended the '10 parade.
God bless you in the New Year.

Hey Sue and Gary,..
we have a lot of fun putting on these events for our fellow fanatics... the hardest part is watching the last SSR drive away.
The event in Sturbridge is going to be even better
See you soon

Originally we were NewYorkers from Ozone Park in Queens.
Bought our 04 SSR living in MD in 05. Went to the final Chevy sponsered Home Coming in the summer of 05 (got to sign the SSR hood).
Over the years we went on a lot of great SSR runs here, but cut back the last few years since we were working on trying to move to AZ. We will make that happen this summer of 2012. We've bought a house in AZ and all we have to do is just move now.
So I thought we should get on this roll-call while we're still here on the east coast.
We'll miss our SSR friends here, but out in AZ we hope to be able to do more all year round with the SSR than we could here. We won't miss the winters.

Sorry to see you go
But you are right,.. Summer year round sounds good to me.
Also,.. there is a lot of Fanatics in the Southwest,.. You shouldnt have a problem adding to you Friends list.
See you someday
