Well spring is around the corner so I pull my R out of storage last nite. Now to get all the preparations done before the nice weather gets here. Also got to wait until most of the winter cinders are gone.
Let see what is scheduled for this year
May---Maggee Valley
June--Texas
July---Niagra Falls
Aug---Woodward
Sept--Wakins Glen
Oct---Chocolate/Covered Bridge
Nov---Twig Run
So much so little time

"get all the prep done before nice weather"... I have both my sun visors all torn apart on the coffee table tonight... why do we wait so long over the winter?

Some stuff added
Chicago weather was just beautiful today. Called the insurance company and resumed coverage. Took the cover off of the R today. Removed the charger, just took the California Duster and gave it a light dusting (no dust really to speak of; OEM cover is great). Started it up and let it run for about fifteen minutes and we were off to the races (cruising for a couple of hours). The brake calipers were rusty but stopped on a dime. Oh, I forgot one important thing. The Top! It was down the whole time.
My SSR: Pearl over UV tu-tone - "PurLple" w/ custom billet rallye wheels/baby moons & wide whitewalls, 4:56s
I'll probably have my full insurance on in about two weeks so far this winter I just take it out on day runs for $32 coverage. So in the next few weeks I'll be polishing it up and have it ready for the road, the paint all cleaned and shiny gotta love spring!!!

WOW, I bet a cruise down/up Lakeshore Dr. would be great! Also up Sheridan all the way to Great Lakes Navy Base.
