Hey Carl
If an SSR could burn that kind of gas. The energy crisis would be over. I could go to the moon and back

Hey Poppa,..
Didnt know you still had puter access..

Good, We get one more send off...

Looks like your going to meet up with some good Fanatics down there. It was real nice of them to pull out the welcome wagon. Your certainly not traveling alone.. .

You may have enough gas to go to the moon,.. but I dont see a Forum for "Moon" ... and if there was ,.. I dont think it would be the moon we'er thinking of ...

Take Care

Wink Poppa has left the building

Dan is on his way to Florida.
He called me a little while ago and was in New York heading for New Jersey.
He does not have a laptop or computer access.
His trailer is loaded to the top and so is his SSR.
He said the trailer is heavy but he doesn't think it is anywhere near the load rating of the hitch.
If he has any problems then I am sure he will call me or another Fanatic so we can post it.

Good luck Dan.
Have a safe trip.

Update

I spoke to Dan this morning. He spent the night in Virginia and will probably make Georgia tonight.

Wink He's there

Dan has arrived in Florida and is unpacking his trailer.
No problems along the way.
Keep a lookout for Dan driving his Slingshot Yellow SSR in and around Deltona.
It has MA plates on it "WACOOL".

Good luck Dan.

Poppa in Florida

Well, we got to meet Poppa (Dan) on Satruday in Silver Springs Fl. He showed up at the Day's Inn across from Silver Springs Park for the ALL GM SHOW. (We had 637 cars 23 SSR)
We had a registration card that he could use. So, he went as Roger Lewis, (Sharptoys) who could not make the show. He had a great time and fit right in.
He has a Florida Chapter PaSSRport and all now. So is one of us and we are glad.
Check out the Florida Fourum under "Pictures All GM Show and you will find Poppa. That is Dan in the back of the Yellow "R".

Dicktator
PS I am flying to Manchester, NH on Friday the 10th, going back on Friday the 24th. Granddaughter getting married.
