Weekend run on short notice

Hi Folks
Anyone in the New England area up for a short notice weekend Cruise or meet, greet and eat? I am open either this Saturday or Sunday which ever is best for the greatest number of people, I figure we can meet somewhere in lower to mid Vermont or New Hampshire. Again what ever is central to the most responders. So fellas and gals respond to this post if you want to go and say where your from and which day is better for you,and we'll see what we can get going.

Hello everyone...

Dan just called to see how I was doing and the subject turned to "what are we doing this weekend ?" My preference would be for Saturday - As my wife Jan will be able to join us, and you do want to meet my beautiful wife ! By the way - She is an equal partner and as such she owns 50% of the SSRoadster - Maybe we'll be able to convince her to get behind the wheel during the cruise.

There are a lot of options available to us - As an example, if Charlie is going with us we could split the travel distance that Mason & Charlie have to travel by meeting on top of Hogback Mt. (on Rt. 9) and from there we could travel West to Rt. 7 and take the SSRs to the top of Mt. Equinox for a Photo-Shoot. A few miles from there and we can all have a good lunch.

Any other ideas ? Maybe Roger (SSRENITY) can take the Ferry over to Vermont and take Rt. 7 South and join us ?

I will not be able to make it this weekend. I will have the kid's cause the wife is going to Foxwoods overnight with her mother and father.

Sorry Charlie and Roger you will be missed as far as Prowers coming The more the merrier. Prowlers are more than welcome we always have fun together. I will start to firm this up for Saturday so keep watching this post as Ill post up place and time to meet by around 6pm tonight

Ok here is the info on the Quickie Run tomorrow. We will meet at 10 AM at the Dunkin' Donuts @ 124 Rockingham St, Bellows Falls, VT This seems to be fairly central to all that have expressed interest from there we can cruise for a couple of hours till we stop somewhere nice for lunch the 99, picadilly pub or something like that then we can eat,drink and talk till were ready to head home. Sound OK to all?? If you want, bring ideas where we can do lunch.

Please post to this thread if your coming so we know how many to expect and as I said before all are welcome SSR's, Prowlers ... even wives ;^)

Hi Dan...

Well it looks like we have a plan - MY wife, Jan, will be my co-pilot for what is looking to be a beautiful day for a cruise. We'll be leaving Hampstead at around 7:30 am and heading out to the area via Rt. 101-W through to Keene and then onto Rt. 12-N. It's about 90 miles so we should be there around 10:00 am. I'm saddened by the news that Charlie will not be with us (again). We'll miss you Roger - Maybe others will surprise us and meet us there at the last minute.

I hope we have some of our Prowler Kin joining us -
