Banquet Payment/Maggie Valley 2009

I had my meeting with the banquet facilities for the 2009 Rally and they are ready to start accepting payment.

MENU

Salad Bar
Sliced Roast Beef au jus
Dill Crusted Salmon
Herb Roasted Chicken
Rice Pilaf
Roasted Potatoes
Fresh Seasonal Vegetable
Homemade Rolls with butter
Assorted Homemade Desserts
Ice Tea or Coffee
$25 per person
(Includes tax & gratuity)

You will need to download the following document and send it along with your payment.

PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO CALL IN PAYMENT VIA CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE.

This was done last year after we requested that it not be done. The front desk clerk started accepting payment without getting all the info needed and we had to reconcile for two hours one day to try and figure out who had paid and who hadnt.
They have been instructed NOT to accept payment by phone.
You may fax it in if using a CC to the number on the form.
If you have trouble downloading the form, please PM me and I will assist you.

"2009 Maggie Valley SSRFANATIC Rally in the Valley & Mountains".

Didn't have any problems with the print out and will do the fax thing.

BTY, FYI, everyone at our table were in complete agreement,

"that 2008 was the Best Large Group Banquet Meal we had ever eaten".

(not counting the Pulled Butt

and I consider myself an expert on FOOD...

Looking forward to 2009.

Sent in our payment. Last year the food and the service was great. I have never been to a function with so many people and the food was as good as that.

I got depressed when MV was over. Enjoyed every aspect of it. Hated to see it end.
