We are located east of Athens Ga approx. 3 miles off HWY 78 east. Getting to Athens shouldn't be a problem for anyone. Once in Athens you should use Loop 10 which circles the city. Take exit 8 which is HWY 78 East toward Lexington. You will travel through East Athens. At the last redlight you will have Super Walmart on the left. From this point travel 6 miles and then turn on road to the left which is Yancey Road. Travel 1 mile to stop sign continue 1.7 miles to 530 Yancey Rd. Our driveway is on the right and has a sign indicating Eidson Farm. Once on Yancey do not take any turns until you see our driveway on the right.

Menu will consist of BBQ chicken, baked beans, slaw, potato salad, bread, tea and soda. Please feel free to bring your beverage of choice and folding chairs. We are planning on eating about 2, but feel free to come early and stay late for plenty of meet and greet time. Any fishermen in the group are welcome to fish. We have plenty of rods, reels, plastic worms and lures.

Looking forward to seeing everyone on August 15.

All the poor animals on the farm will cringe when they see us coming! Just make them chase their own chicken before they can eat.

Right now put us down as a maybe... gotta see if we can swing it. I know I'd love too....
