The blue willow in Social Circle is in financial trouble due to expansion investment in 2008' wondering if there is interest in an SSR gathering there to help them out?

Good idea. In all the years we've lived here we have yet to visit so we would be interested as long as it coincided with the boss's scheduled time off.

We will be there @ 6 pm Saturday Feb 19 2011. We will stop there for a great dinner. I have been there many times it is worth going out of the way for. If anyone can join us please do .

Would love to do a cruise down Georgia way. What did you have in mind?? I am registered for Maggie Valley so two trips back to back may not work for me; give me a few weeks in after Maggie and I would love to be there.

UMMM ~ that's a 4 hour drive from Charlotte ~ I would definitely try to make it ~ I will be watching for a firm committment date/time from the other folks.

Not locked in to the date, but a Sunday drive to social circle would be nice. How about the second Sunday in march?

I may have to pass; I have knee surgery scheduled for March 5th as of this morning.

Georga briefly mentioned this on FB a while back. Have done a Harley ride there more than once and One Christmas on the spur of the moment, the Grandma's, MACE's, SSRFATHER's and SSRHeartbeat's met there.

We ALL need to get together. George throw out a date, and we'll try to head that way from the Georgia Alabama Line...

Would love to join you folks if you give me enough lead time to plan and not conflicting with Maggie Valley. My knee surgery is done, as of today still on a ole lady cane, but I can sure as hell drive to Georgia.
