Exit at #140 (University Blvd) proceed north about 200 yds to the stoplight
Turn right onto Boone Station Rd, which takes you into the shopping area
Proceed on Boone Station for about 500 yds. You will see Mimi's on your
left, at the corner of Waltham Blvd
