OK folks Meg has put a lot of hard work into the T-Shirts this year and is now ready to begin accepting orders. I am starting this thread on her behalf. If you have any questions about the Shirts ask here or PM Meg.

The design is finally ready for you to see, it is vastly different from last years’ wonderful art work. The design shows examples of all of the original SSR Colors with the exception of Aqua Blur that color was not something the printer could create, my apologies to the Blur folks. The T-Shirt will have the SSR logo on the front will Maggie Valley 2011 and the design on the back. It was necessary to change from the original plan for Polo shirts to the T-Shirt because of the amount of color in the design.
If you wish to order this years’ shirt please “reply” to me on this thread. There is zero profit margin because of the vendor price increase that was not passed to you, so please follow-up your order with a check for the amount required per shirt.
I can accept orders up to 12 Noon on Monday April 25th
I will not be bringing additional shirts to the rally in Maggie Valley.

Sizes: To give you an idea about the size you need measure a well fitting t-shirt that you already have. Flat measure across the chest arm seam to arm seam. Then look at the flat measurement sizes below for your best fit.
So very sorry this is it I was hoping that this design would please the ladies too. If I do them next year I will get input from the ladies for sure. The cost was up too high to do shirts for both guys & gals which, being female is what I would have preferred, believe me on that.

Meg , thank you for all the time and effort you put into this . My question is about sizes. I and most likely some other members need larger than 2xl. I could wear a 3xl but a 4xl seems lately to be sized better. Will you be able to get larger sizes. Thanks , chuck.

Good news the vendor has agreed to create a powder blue "V" neck t-shirt for the ladies only with the Maggie Valley graphics for $15.75.
~~Gina will update the origninal thread ASAP ~ the lady is pretty busy but is helping me to do this for which I am eternally grateful ~ Thanks Gina!!

The vender responded this morning to me that there is a $2.00 price increase per each larger size. i.e XL is $15.75 ~ 2-XL is $17.75, ~ 3-XL is $19.75.
That new information will be on the originan thread soon.
I am so very sorry I did not know there was an additional charge for the larger sizes, this is the vendors exact up price not me.
meg, thank you for checking on the sizes. Don't worry about the extra cost I for one am used to paying more for "extended sizes". Please put us down for 1 XL size and 1 3XL size. I will send payment out right away. thanks , Chuck
Meg..... Shirts look GRREAT. Thanks for all the work. Put me down for Two(2) XXL (17.75 ea) and One (1) Ladies L (15.75). Check is in the mail, ha ha. Not April Fools.......
Looks like the Cruising in Style T-Shirt shipping is $6.00 I have not checked but that sounds reasonable for the envelope and mailing in the U.S.
Meg
I use the flat rate "EP14PE" envelope. Its a padded, 10X12 & you can easily get two, maybe three T-Shirts inside of them.
If you go to the USPS web site, (see below) you can print your own pre-paid, pre-address mailing labels. Be careful, Canada mailing cost is outrageous so check online first. USPS - The United States Postal Service (U.S. Postal Service)
