Met the person who's putting this on last weekend. Told him I was trying to get a few other SSR fanatics to come. He loves the truck and thought it would be very nice to have a few of these rare vehicles at the event. He said most people have only seen one on occassion. To see a few lined up next to each other would be a treat.
Let me know if you plan on coming and we'll set up a rendevous point.
Previous obligation, would have loved to come Ray. Thanks for the call!

Nice Pictures Jim, Love the touched up one as well.
How many SSRs actually made it? Any pictures? Was the reaction favorable? We need more information.
Bing...the gentleman who put the show on approached me just before I left and thanked me for having a few more of these rare trucks there. One person came up to me to say its rare to see one, let alone three. A gentleman from Suffolk drove his silver truck there and was asking a lot of questions. It was his second SSR. He wasn't aware of the forum. We may be seeing a Va newbie soon. He wants to put bags and a super charger on his silver 05.
No doubt the weather affected the turnout. We had a nor'easter type storm just south of us off the outer banks. Sun was in and out all day and it was windy.
I have a few pics I'll be uploading later in the week.
