Pics of SSRs on Daytona Speedway
Just got back - what a great time! Couldn't ask for a better group of friends, you guys know how to throw a party! I'll write more later, and we shot some video, but here's some pics for the rest of you (and yes, a little heavy on the Sinister pics, but he hasn't been out much lately.

If you guys do this again next year, I'll have to see if Midnightrider will fit on the Autotrain from DC fo FL. Looks like a great event, wish I were there.

What a weekend! Felt like I won the Daytona 500 ...wonderful food, great people, cruisin' all over town with a bunch of SSRFanatics AND driving on the Daytona Speedway - what more could you ask for? Thank you very much Capt. Al, SSRRose, Jeff and Terri, Paul and Sandee and anybody else I may have left out for the great planning and great time.
Made it home AOK (and ready to go again).

We wish ya'll had been there too. I would have loved to have a MidnightRider Productions video of this one for sure. We had a blast!
It was so much fun hangin' with my Florida and Georgia friends, old and new... we have quite a few comedians in the south. I laughed all week-end long.
Thanks again to poor Joan, who just wanted to see if anyone nearby wanted to have dinner one night. We hijacked her entire week-end.
Special thanks to Al for the "connections" he abused to get us into the track and somehow get waysouth6speed into Victory Lane... I didn't even have to burn up my clutch to get there!
Jeffdbfl and Terri showed us a beautiful part of our state, taking us on a ride through Tomoka State Park in their backyard and the Atlantic coastal beaches of their front yard. A gorgeous ride through a lovely piece of old Florida...
Last but not least thanks to Mr. & Mrs. Vettegirl... for remembering how much my kids love their "bad" selves. and bringing them some very cool X-Rodz paraphenalia. And no Lonnie, you may NOT drive my truck again! ( just kiddin', anytime!)
Some of my photos...
