Getting lost, frustrated Please take lots' of pics Don't forget your GPS's

I'm hoping for the best the timing just isn't right for us to safely say that we can take off for the weekend I thought we were out of the woods until she called me tonight at least this time the pain didn't last as long as the last spell. Bad thing.... its internal and I can't make a call on what's going on with her Wish I could.

Deb, as Judy always said, "family comes first". Hope it turns out to be nothing serious and please keep in touch on your daughter condition!

Deb,

Sorry to hear the bad news! Here's hoping it turns out well, but as others have said, "Family comes first." We'll miss you and Steve if you can't make it, but we WILL survive.

Jess is feeling fine and wants us to go.....she will be staying with my son and daughter-in-law for the weekend. They will notify us if anything should go wrong.

We will see you all tomorrow.. what time we are leaving is unknown as I have to bowl yet tonight and don't have anything packed I have been to busy to get anything ready.

We have cancelled our hotel reservations and are staying in our camper....most of you should have my cell number. We will meet you at the hotel at 3:00 P.M. on Friday.

There is now a chance of T-storms for Saturday.....I'm not holding my breath though

Scratch that last post by me..................

From what I am reading we start out at the Houghton Lake Chamber of Commerce this year. This is where the cookout and poker run will take place between 4:00 and 7:00 P.M.

Here is the address off of the mailing registration form
Houghton Lake Chamber of Commerce
1625 W. Houghton Lake Dr.

I will meet you all at the hotel parking lot by 3:00 P.M. so there is no confusion we will caravan to the Chamber together.

We plan to get to the hotel around 2:00 so we can unload the truck. I'm getting ready to pack the computers so thought I'd take one last look at the site. The bags were put in the truck Wed. morning. Only the snacks, computers and our bodies are left. See you all soon.

Hey folks
Marty from Roscommon here.
I assume that with the cookout and all ,that snacks are not needed till Sat. right? Maybe just beverages.
Not trying to get out of bringing snacks LOL but will have a better idea of what to bring after talking to folks Friday evening.
Pauline and I should be able to make three oclock at your motel ,if not see you at the chamber.
If I am wrong on snacks dont be afraid to correct me.
That is if anyone is still reading this posting LOL

Well folks,

Deb has done it AGAIN! A greart time was had by all. I got to meet some members I had not seen before and we have a potential new member who stopped by while we were there. After breakfast on Sunday JP (Wizard) & Machelle suggested that some of us stop by the cider mill in Freeland on our way home. Jack (Old Yeller) & Judy had already decided to go and invited Pat & I along. It was a nice drive thorough the back roads for some GREAT cider & donuts. We also had a nice chat with the owner. REALLY nice guy!

As we were pulling into the driveway at home, Pat got a call from our son-in-law. Jenna (Pat's younger daughter) had just given birth to a 7 lb. 7 oz. 19" baby girl. They are still negotiating the name LOL
