28th Street Metro-Cruise

Grand Rapids, Michigan is sponsoring their 5th annual Metro-Cruise August 29, 2009. Go to www.28thstreetmetro-cruise.org for more info. Its like a mini- Woodward Ave Dream Cruise.
There will be a couple of us SSR Michigan Fanatic attending. Any SSR Fanatic is more than welcome to join us! Meeting at Berger Chevrolet on 28th Street Saturday morning.

Hi Scott, glad that you started this thread and Marv and I are looking forward to being there!!! We are planning on being at the Chevy Dealer ,Berger , at about 5 am. Saturday so that we can get good places for the cruise. They are also having an all chevy show in the lot for the day and because they build the " Berger Comaro" they always have a good showing of their cars. We are cruising on Friday afternoon and evening, and probably ending up back at their lot for the meet and greet they are having.
So......anyone that wants to come please let us know and we can get together.

WELL GUYS, it started raining this afternoon and we are suppose to have rain through Saturday but only intermittantly(sp). And to add to that the temperature is below normal for the rest of the week, in the 60s. Oh well, we are still going to be among friends. Also, we will be taking the HHR, because the SSR is still in the " beauty shop " and will not be ready for the cruise.

Oh well, she will be so beautiful when they are done with her.
