Marv and I went down to the cruise this afternoon and were the cars and trucks ever on the road!!! We had a lot of fun and I took a few pictures to show off how Grand Rapids is finally catching up to Detroits Woodward cruise. So, here are just a few pictures from tonights cruise.

I hoope that you can see from these pictures that we had no rain this afternoon. YEH!!
There were a lot of people out on the sides of the road watching, and picture five I caught a bike cop taking on the speeders.

We had a great day today although it was COLD to say the least!! It was so cold that my camera quit working
So I have a few pictures that I took early in the morning......
1-Julie took this picture last night when we stopped at the lot for the Meet and Greet
2-Taken at 5:30am at the lot eating McDonald breakfast with Ron and Fran, who had brought their Camaro.
3-Meeting up with David and Julie, Scott and Karen at the Berger lot.We ended up with five SSR's.
4- Karen is trying to get ahold of Marty and Dee because they had not shown up yet. Soon after this Marty showed up by himself, no Dee this time. We sure missed you, Dee. And don't forget to ask Julie how cold it was there!!!!
5- This is an all Chevy show and there was a great showing of Camaros there.

It won't upload, so i guess I will try later, but I did want to tell you that Marty was interviewed by a local TV network while he was on the lot. He did us proud as his SSR was shown and they talked to him. Hurrah Marty!!

Downshifter, those are nice pictures. Sorry we missed you guys, as we didn't get there until 3 in the afternoon. We did see one Redline and two Slingshots, one which was lettered up in Pennzoil logos and the other was on the dealership floor still. I can't believe you were there @ 5:30 AM!!! It was a chilly, damp, nasty day!

It was not the best day for being outside, thats for sure. If your from Michigan you have to be Michigan tough I guess! Thanks Judy and Marv for getting this together. Berger Chevrolet did a great job for their all Chevy show in which we were part of Saturday. Dale Burger, the owner came over and talked to us SSR Fanatics. He owns 3 slingshot yellows himself he explained. An 04, 05 and the a last production run 06 that was the last slingshot yellow produced at the Lansing Craft Center! The 2006 was displayed on their showroom floor Saturday.
All in all it was a great SSR Fanatic day with everyone present!
