All Truck Show—Sept '09

Jim McComb Chevrolet is sponsoring an All Truck Show on Sept 6, 2009, 9 am till 3 pm.
This is the show where Golfer2 & I got trophies last year. He in modified, me in stock.
We had the only SSRs there and they got a lot of attention. $10 entry fee before Aug 15 $12 on day of show. Free dash plaques to first 100 entries.
I'll probably enter again this year. If you want more info about the show or entry form, please PM me and I'll send you the contact info.
Ron

Scott,
The guy heading up the show lives in Sparland, IL right? I've got the entry form from him for the Sept. show.
It may be too late for him to change things since the entry forms have already gone out to everyone who attended last year.

Right now SSRs would be in either Class "O" 2001-2009 Original Stock or in Class "P" 2001-2009 Modified.
That worked out okay for Tony and me last year.
Anyway, it would be cool to have a bunch of SSRs there this year!

Yes, let's see what he says. We could have at least 5 or 6 SSRs there this year. More would be even better!

i heard back from the guy doing the show in peoria, he said that NEXT YR he could add a ssr class but its to late now. he would like to have at least 3 ssr's for each class (mod and orig) so that each class would be covered inasofar as trophies. PRETTY COOL I THINK!

Yes, we would have to see if we could get a few more SSRs to attend.
Maybe it could grow into a real SSR event too.
