Car Show in McHenry, IL

Hi,

On Monday nights they have a car show in McHenry, IL from 6-8:30 PM.

Monday, June 20th they are having "Orphan makes". How about some fellow SSR owners joining me at the show.

Hi,

Well I called the organizer this morning and got a different response. He told me that SSR's are not "orphans", they want cars like Studebaker, etc. where the manufacturer is out of business. Funny but the first guy I spoke with on the 7th had a different story and was delighted about the idea of having an SSR.

I was told we were still welcome but could not park in the "feature" car area. He also mentioned that trucks were the features on July 18th and we would be most welcome.

Glad I had not started to detail the SSR out for the show. We will not be there tonight.
