I will be buying my first SSR later this summer.I live in Cinti area and was wondering if there was a club for R's in the tri-state area.Looking forward to meeting other owners and attending meets.

The Ohio folks usually hang out with us Michigan folks! You can too if you want.

Welcome FRC and good luck with your buy this summer. Ohio members are very few but yet I see SSR's around here all the time. I am in the Akron area so hours from you also. The closet chapter is near Detroit for the Ohio crowd.

Join us in Dayton, Saturday, May 23.

Saturday, May 23, in sunny Dayton OH. The Car Show is free, starts at 11 AM with awards presentation at 3 PM.
There will be trophies for the Top 25, the Most Likely To Be Stolen, the Cosmetically Challenged and The Mayor's Trophy.
Preregistering will guarantee that all SSR's to attend will be parked together.
The WeinerFest is from 6 PM - 10PM at the Taj Ma Garaj. Gourmet hot dogs and canned Clydesdales are the evening's fare all for just $20 American. You must be 21 to attend.
All proceeds from the ninth annual Taj Kreuzers SpeedFest will benefit the following Dayton based charities; Daybreak, the Ronald McDonald House and We Care Arts.

Hi, I lived in the Batavia area when I was a kid. I went to Withamsville grade school and Amelia HS. I moved to NY my senior year and moved back to OH about 15 years ago. We live in the northwest part of the state and do alot of things with the MI group. The Woodward Dream Cruise is a great event and happens in Aug. If you can make it, it's a great time and you'll meet Fanantics from all over the country. There's a National Rally in Texas this month if you could make it. Check out the TX threads. I have had my 04 ssr for 4.5 years now. I am just finding out that there is or could be a ohio group i would be interested in getting together with. I'm in the Mansfield area.

I have been surprised too that there is little Ohio participation. I see SSR's around. Just this beautiful weekend, I saw two drivng by me as we went out topless and wandering the roads. In fact, I never saw so many old rods, old vettes, coupes, and the muscle cars as I did last weekend out cruising around. I was approached at an ice cream place and asked what is that and does it have a back seat back there?..lol Hopefully will run into a some of these SSR's and meet the owners this summer.
