michigan newbie

hey yall,

just wondering how and if i should become a supporting member , we have a custom shop here in detroit , mi . we are making a few components for the SSRs , such as bowtie less front grille spear , and chin spoiler. we are working on 2 ssr currently full custom show trucks , ill keep yall up to date with pics.

Weather/Snow Flurries

......just checked out the ten day forecast Burrrrrrr bring those winter jackets

Let's hope this changes drastically before the weekend and for the better

Is the forcast still for just "flurries"? I ask because my SSR has never seen salt & if it looks like there will be more than flurries I may have to shame the group by coming in our PT Cruiser.

Checked the weather forecast for Midland area........mostly cloudy Highs mid 50's for both days. We are looking much better for an SSR Run. I will check it again on Friday.

Debbie, that sounds so much better then the last time you posted the weather report. I sure wasn't looking forward to traveling in that kind of (s.n.o.w.) I really did not want to say that word because it is a four letter word!!
we should really hope to see the sunshine for the weekend,it helps the tree colors really pop.

Weather Update

Well everyone bring your winter jackets....weather is not co-operating with us as much as I would have liked. We'll have to make the best of it!

Name tags and SSR Club decals are ready for our MI Fanatics.
Steve and I will meet you in the Zehnders's Parking Lot at 10:00 A.M.

I would have never have thought that we would be this cold with flurries in early October...........They haven't salted the roads yet....so we should be fine. Well at least I haven't seen any salt trucks

all there!

Hope you guys have a great weekend wish I could be with you. I know HRG and Wingrider have Windsuppressr's so 54 degrees is still top down weather for them!
Its 82 degrees here in Nassau so I can't honestly say I would rather be there but I do miss not cruising with you guy's!

hello everyone. a new member here. my screen name is Striaghtup and my first name is Ron. just bought my SSR last saturday and joined the SSR FANATIC club last nite. so ya all will have to bear with me because i don't know squat about the club yet...it won't even let me make a profile yet. but I do live in Clio rite next to Frankenmuth. so I will be visiting for the fall color tour on saturday morning to meet everyone. Fantabulous Time

Great two day adventure with our MI SSR Club and SSR Fanatic Members!!!!

Beautiful people and photos coming shortly
This group of folks were an SSR BLAST.....great company, great personalities.....warm and fun loving
Didn't want the trip to end......thanks to all of you who attended this Fall Colors Run.....it was FANTABULOUS Because of YOU!!!


Nice surprise in Frankenmuth Ron (Straighup) and Keith (tufftruck) met up with us in the parking lot at Zhenders and spent a few hours with us. Great guys!!!

Pat & I got back a short while ago & just got the SSR unpacked.

WHAT A GREAT TIME WE HAD!

Thank you ALL for making this a special weekend, but ESPECIALLY thanx to Carl & Judy Cook for hosting us at their friend Jim's place today. We had a GREAT time & can't wait for our next chance to go on another outing!

OF COURSE we ALL need to thank Deb & Steve for hosting and setting this up!

We got to make SEVERAL new friends in Jack & Judy, Carl & Judy, Marv & Judy (who I had met at the WWDC, but didn't get to spend much time with) as well as getting to meet briefly with the two new members (Ron & Keith)
