Question Michigan Salvage Inspection

Has anyone in Michigan been through a salvage inspection?
Has anyone in Michigan seen a Michigan Salvage Title recently?

The Allstate 400 Pace SSR I bought has a Michigan Salvage Title that the state of Massachusetts will not recognize as a salvageable vehicle because of wording on the Michigan title.

The vehicle was never damaged but has a salvage title because GM can not sell a NON OEM COMPLIENT VEHICLE to the public.
Any change that GM makes including changing the rims makes the vehicle NON OEM Complient and has to be sold on a salvage title.

I need to bring the SSR to Michigan and have it inspected.
If it passes then I can get a Michigan Rebuilt Title.

I just want to know what I am in store for.

Massachusetts is so bad they were going to arrest me and impound the SSR for transfering the plates from my Pac Blue to the Pace SSR for inspection.
My insurance company did the paper work for the transfer so the Pace SSR was insured.
They let me drive home and told me if I get stopped don't show the title to the police.

Thank you,
Charlie

A Michigan "Rebuilt Title" means I can register it in Mass.
I will get what is called a "Repaired Title" in Mass.

Sell it to you for $1.00 and you will get it titled in Texas and sell it back to me for $1.00.
