Nice Visit Today!

I had a very nice visit with Dave (Achias) today. He drove from Bettendorf, IA to Peoria to attend some meetings. After the meetings he drove his beautiful slingshot yellow SSR over to my house where we shared good conversation, SSR stories, & a couple of beers.
Dave's SSR has a remote start that is very nice. However, my SSR wouldn't start the original 2003 battery finally gave it up! Guess I'll be crawling under the rear end to install a new one.
The picture shows Dave (Achias) and Ilsa, his SSR.

Do you drive your SSR in the winter? Im still running on my orginal 03 battery also! Probably replace it before we head to Texas in June.

I put my SSR on the battery charger and it looks like it is charging. However, I'm not sure if it will hold the charge very long. I think it's time to finally replace the old battery. I haven't been driving it much this winter because its been snowing about every other day since December!

Hey Doophus, If you can leave paradise long enough to come up north, you could find out what all that white stuff on the ground is all about! It ain't good for nothing but building snowmen!
