Rated by Budget Travel Magazine as one of the top ten gardens in the world....and this place is in my backyard less than a two hour drive from my house! I never knew it existed. This wealthy couple took 75 acres in Gambier, Ohio and transformed it into magical and spiirtual gardens with an asian flair. They have literally spent millions to create an artistic heaven on Earth...
They built a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired house to anchor the lakes that were built along with the numerous falls. There is simply too much to describe so check out their website and the awesome work this couple accomplished since 1996. Just a wonderful experience to see and experience these gorgeous gardens.
