If anyone wanted to do a cruise on this side of the state I thought I would post this idea Welcome to the Gilmore Car Museum This could be a Friday night-Saturday type get together.
I know our days of cruising are short here in Michigan this time of year.

Scott, your link didn't work you left the "e" out of museum. that would be a good day ride as the museum is really neat. Welcome to the Gilmore Car Museum

Judy, I really do not have anything together as yet. I thought I would start with one date and see where it leads. After starting to try to do something in June, I forgot about graduation parties, weddings, etc going on in June. Any ideas out there let me know.

Michele said there's a great place to eat in Allegan. The restraurant is called The Grill House. It's only about 30 (west) of the Gilmore Car Museum.

GM Classic
I know this is short notice , but here is what I'm planning. Saturday May 31, 2008 at the Gilmore Car Museum, their show that weekend is "The Grand Experience/Classic" featuring 50 years General Motors. See their web site posted above for more details.
I'm trying to get special parking for our SSR's. I figure we will attend the show Saturday and go out to dinner afterwards. Those signed up so far include:
Scott 0168 (Scott and Karen)
Marty (Marty and Dee)
Wizard (JP and Michele)
Mack 53616 (Denney)
Cool Blue (Carl & Judy)

Looking good
Karen and I went over to the Museum site where the GM classic will be held. Its only about 12 miles from our house. Its located in some the the nicest farm country you will see in Michigan! Many old barns have been disassembled over the years and moved to the 300 acre site that house the many car collections. There's also an old original dinner that serves food and ice cream and also an old Shell gas station. Anyone thats not signed up is more than welcome to join us this weekend.
P.S. I secured special parking for our SSR's

Food too
Just got off the phone with Wizard and we are planning on meeting for breakfast at Perkins restaurant in Kalamazoo Saturday morning at 9:30 am. Any late comers are welcome to join us for breakfast before we head out for Gilmores.
Its just off I-94 at exit 80. Then go north on Sprinkle Rd. to the first light and its located on the corner.
