Its probably a diversionary tactic . . . trying to throw off the "long range" plans of the hotel security. She'll, no doubt, book her room the last minute.

We will be coming down for the day, not staying over night. Where is the MIMI's Cafe located at, we did not attend last year. I need some directions coming from the 57 freeway and Ball road. Thanks

From last year's Disneyland Run
For those that would like to meet early and have breakfast we will be meeting at Mimi's Cafe (1400 S Harbor Blvd.) at 7:00. We can have breakfast and then caravan into the Disney parking lot together. Those that want to group together can do so at that time. Anyone that is staying at a hotel in the area would be welcome to join us for breakfast, but remember there is a charge for parking at Disneyland, and almost all the hotels have shuttles to the Park, (so if you join us for breakfast but don't want to pay $11 for parking, you may want to return to your hotel and take the shuttle back to Disneyland).

The annual pass is the best deal (if you use it enough). The Premium Pass pays for itself in 4-5 visits if you count the savings on parking.

Autodan, This means you take the 57 to Ball road, turn right and go to Harbor Blvd then turn Left and you will find Mimi's onthe left in about a block after you cross the I-5.

I'll start with this idea.
Maybe someone would put together a cruise around the Pasadena area and follow it with a tour of a miniature railroad in their backyard. I wonder if anyone here knows of such a thing.
Jim
I thought maybe I should start a thread to measure the interest in a cruise around Pasadena and some sort of get together at my house to see the trains and have some food. Need to know what kindof plans to make for this. There was talk of a cruise from Disneyland to Topanga to Pasadena as well. This idea has been alluded to on this thread but nothing firm. should I do it now or wait until the date gets closer? I doubt if gas will get any cheaper, which will probably play a part?

Dwight,
Perhaps we should ask who is going to be around on the sunday. So we'll know who is interested. Could be that some locals that aren't available on saturday, may be in for the sunday tour/lunch.
