Arizona Caravan Update

Repeated from the other thread.....

Since the three of us who are traveling together all live in the East Valley, we will NOT be stopping at the Chevy dealer in Avondale. Our meeting point is shifted to the 5 & Diner at Arizona Mills (I-10 and US-60). Our anticipated departure from there will be at 6:30PM.

This has been confirmed via cell phone this morning with both Tom & Rob.

Rock & Roll......

Mike

With the lingering rainy season - the big yellow butterfiles aren't out yet - at least not in the numbers of last year!!!

A little known fact about the Ricochet Silver trucks is, they have a mini radar system built into the paint that allows it to detect and gently push all butterflies aside.

It sometimes has a serious problem with kicked-up rocks, however . . .

Just had the silver beauty washed. Was going to wax her, but alas that good OLD Turtle Wax (ala elbow grease) just keeps shining through so will forego any wax this time.

Temp here over 80 today . . . sure hope it sticks for all of California Will see everybody tomorrow. Anybody meeting the Lloyd caravan in Valencia be there no later than 10:45, otherwise its just little ole me.

A Little Known fact about the Slingshot Yellow: It costs more $$$ due to the radar absorbtion (stealth like) qualities.

Just stopped in at the park - it's being mowed for us right now... Looks like I'll be getting there at 11:00 to start setting things up! Can't wait to see a sea of SSR's!!!

I'm Ready!

Things are way too quiet here in Kingsburg - I think we need about 50 SSR's to wake this place up!!!

Everybody - THANK YOU for coming to Kingsburg - can't wait to start making some memories! Have safe drives you'all...

I'll be away from the PC most of the day - so call my cell if you need anything!

Here's the before shot - I'll post some after shots this evening.
