New activity for the weekend???

Thought I'd bounce an idea past you all...

Would the group be interested in going to a drive-in movie? I'm thinking Saturday night after dinner? The closest still operating Drive-In is in Hanford - about 25 min from Cattlemens in Selma...

Friday night could be a possibility too?

I haven't contacted the drive-In yet, but perhaps we could suggest the movie(s) for the evening... I was thinking that we could invite the old cars that enter the Kingsburg show too - a rolling car show to the drive in - sounds like fun...

I was thinking "The Island" would be a greta movie? "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" would be fun too?

Suggestions????

Keith,

Great idea! I have actually been thinking about a SoCal get together at the drive-in. Just hadn't got to it yet! Hope you go for Saturday night so everyone can participate.

Talking They show movie's at a Drivein...........................

That would be different I would have to watch the movie, to old to make the moves in the SSR like I did in my younger day's in a VW Bug.........

Of coarse I could back her in and Judy & I could watch from the bed of the truck but than again the age factor falls into play, don't think I could climb up into the bed and be comfortable...Oh! ! !cramp..cramp..

Maybe you should tow in a tear drop trailer into the Driven-In.

Well I figured Linda would appreciate us a lot more if she took good care of us. Thats why I agreed that it was a nice jesture on her part. She is a very generous person, and would never let us down.
