This is the correct thread to post for
repairs and volunteers to help with
installation.

Do you have auxiliary fan already or does
Mike have to order parts...?

Looks like two for Joe service.

As of this date haven't had problem with adjustments
We had a Trailblazer with frozen gear and used a
spray lubricant to free up. Customer lived in Irvine and
possible salt air on nylon (hay rocket man anything is
possible in California) Plus as Art stated maybe they
do not have a metric allen wrench. I am a lamp and
brake state station. Have equipment to adjust headlamps.

Members,

I have supplied Fatmat soundproofing material at no cost to members for the last two years, as my contribution to the Forum. I have absorbed the cost of the soundproofing materials because I was financially able to do so, and because I have personnally installed this material in all five of my SSR's, and believe it is a superior product at a great price.

Due to financial changes in my livelyhood, I cannot continue to provide it at no cost.

Roberto, please PM me with FatMat requests a minimum of three weeks prior to the Redlands Tech Session, and I'll make sure we have enough product available, at my cost. Member Shawker is on me, as she has waited over a year for soundproofing.

Members attending the Redland Tech Session that wish to have soundproofing installed should be aware that FatMat is the only product that I will endorse personally.....If members wish to purchase soundproofing material on their own, I'll be glad to install it for you as time permits.

I still can't believe that others never paid you for it, not that they didn't try I'm sure. Roberto has me on his fatmat list.

Sign me up as a helper! Have done Spare Tire Kits and Main & Aux Fans. Can do Fat Mat too. If I get my allowance, I might have a shock & sway bar install to do. (Still digging myself out of the hole after the Magnacharger install--Thanks Fuji!)

Just let me know (in advance) when to keep my mouth SHUT....I CAN help...

Ya just gotta start your good news with ..."don't say anything, but...." and I'll know from "now-on-forever", I promise. Just don't make me lie to God, in a round-about-way....

Great to see you chime in! Been wondering where you Guys have been...
If you don't have the Muth Mirrors, and have been considering them, now's the time...

I finally took the plunge last month and haven't regretted it one bit! Do them BOTH at the same time if you have the "hankering" to do in the future.

If you guys are coming, I'll definitely be there to help and make sure you get' at least' the Fat Mat done....

I ordered 100 sq ft of Fatmat material today.

As we all know, Doug Allen has provided Fatmat material at no cost to members attending the So Cal Tech Session, his AZ Tech Session and the Tech Session held during the Texas Rally last summer.

Now, due to business constrains, he can’t continue providing free Fatmat so I’m just jumping in to help those who are still requesting it at the So Cal Tech Session.

I have no clue as to how many trucks doors can get done with 100 sq ft. of Fatmat. If more is need, hopefully somebody will be generous enough to order additional rolls of Fatmat to share with others.

We’ll know in the coming weeks how many trucks need Fatmat and if what I order earlier today will cover it or if more is needed.

PLEASE …. Don’t even think of reimbursing me.
