4th Annual Tech Session Update

Well I will be able to discuss an approximate date after Monday 15. I am going under the knife to get this sweet lovable arm repaired. The doctor will advise how long after he open up the damaged arm. Will be wearing a special brace for 4 to 6 weeks. I am looking for end of April or middle of May after Mothers day week end too hold the tech session. Sorry for the delay but have been on stand-..by for the operation. I will not be able to work on vehicles for three to four months. Will be in training for Vic Tanny muscle building. The God MaMa Boss will be driving the ICBlue for any event for awhile. Then again she said she will just test drive the R with the top down on nice days.

Robert

Yo, Pasta Dude.....

I hope you don't think that you're gonna get to do this by yourself. Threre's a lot of 'family" here that's planning to support you. I know that the "boss" will take good care of you. Heck, she'll probably be nicer to your "R" than you would be.

I'll be at your tech session, whenever it is. You plan it, I'll be there.

Keep the positive attitude and know that we're gonna be right here waiting for your garlic laced humor.

Good Luck Brother.

Debbie sends her hugs.

Take care of yourself - we are here to help!!

Robert and Elaine,

Don't worry about our So Calif. Tech session. I know you really want to have it and with the pros like Mike, Doug and the rest of the guys and gals, we can help out. You know you always heal faster and better with NO STRESS

Just keep in touch and everything will come together - but first take care of getting the surgery over with and then you can have fun again.

We look forward to hearing from you and seeing your smiley face again soon.

Be very careful, Robert . . . it may be some kind of a trick . . . I've often heard Elaine mumbling under her breath . . . "This guy needs a brain transplant". She may be in cahoots with the hospital ! ! Be very careful.

While they're at it they'll probably try to disable your middle finger, too. How would an EYETALIAN even function with a disabled middle finger ? ? ? How would he be able to express himself ? ? ?

Thank You Sandy

Well I will possibly have a better idea after April 4 for therapy session #2. The injury to my right shoulder was very extensive. First thought was repair tendon torn and check for hole and/or crack in rotator cuff. Possibly one or two holes in shoulder. Well the two hour operation turned out to be almost four hours. Rotator cuff damage and torn plus had hole in rotator cuff, tendons torn, one muscle torn and next to elbo (that's why arm hurt when writing or turning wrenches, other muscle torn and down on right shoulder blade (that's what was causing rear shoulder pain when driving vehicle and sitting in chairs) Now have 7 extra holes scars to fill with garlic and pasta' Plus rotator cuff was frozen when they started operation. After day 8 started therapy on arm.

So, Sandy long winded story would like to have end of April 24 or Middle of May 22...?

Robert

This date of May 22nd works for Bob and Glo. I agree with Gerri, lets make it simple this year on the food side of things. I can help out with anything and Bob can help with the SSRs. Our Ruby wants to have the spare tire kit installed in preparation for the Colorado Run. Just let us know if this date will be a go and we will be there. June 5th also works for us if you need to push out.
We look forward to seeing you.

I agree with the first part of Doug's message...... You pick the date, we'll be there.

As for the second part about sleeping......... I'll be coming in a day early and bringing my better half this time. She has an "agenda" for shopping, I think.

Doug - bring your better half and come over the day before....... should be a good party.

Wasn't aware this operation was, in fact, a FACELIFT. How much extra did you have to pay for that "Gary-look-alike" option ?

I'll be there . . . if my truck starts.

They felt sorry for me and gave me some sleeping pills and a shot of beer and paid me money so I wouldn't be a Gary-Look-Alike.

I had such a fine time last year, so sign me up!
Don't need anything done, 'cept maybe letting Joe do his electronic thing, but I can help out with most stuff.
And I can hand out plenty of cheap advice!

May 22 works for me.

I will plan on swinging out that way on the 22nd. I don't know what help I can be except to provide jackass power if needed. Probably wont stay the night.
