4th Annual Valentine Run

Hello All

It is that time of year again to grab your loved one and join people that love you for the 4th Annual Valentine Run

Saturday Feb 16th
Meet time 10:00 am
Starbuck Corner of Topanga Canyon and Dumetz
about a mile south of the 101 freeway

We have made lunch reservations at Fresco II on the Marina in Oxnard for 2:00 pm We would kindly ask for a good head count for the reastaurant at least 1 week ahead

We would also ask if you could bring cash as they do not do separate checks for large groups so this will make paying easier Thank you in advance

It will be great to see everyone that shows up for this run We really enjoy planning it

As you know we missed laughlin due to waiting for our gand daughter to be born and guess what still waiting

Tiffany is due tomorrow (the 30th) so hopefully we will not have to wait much longer

to meet Emma I am so excited

It appears we may be spending that weekend with our son and family at Legoland to celebrate his birthday (and because that's grandson's new favorite place). If plans change, I'll let you know in time to add us in

Hi i bought ssr 6 months ago have also restored 71 vette live in tustin santa ana area not retired but trying to turn family business over to my sons so that i have more time to spend doing fun things with my girl on short trips.We took r on a long trip but passenger seat to uncomfortable for my tiny girl so this trip looked interesting to try. all of you seem very nice and friendly have been reading your forum for about 9 months. wish their was a club or gathering in orange county ca. but cant find any even though iv'e seen other ssrs in my area.I hope the weather is good sat and if i cant get my girl yo go we will be there. thanks for the welcoming!!

With a bit of adjustment of the seat your girl might find that the passenger seat is indeed comfortable on longer trips. I don't sit in the passenger seat often but have managed to find comfort while there.

While not having an Orange Co SSR Club, there are a lot of So Cal Nuts (what we SSR owners here in SoCAL call ourselves) in the area from San Diego to Bakersfield. You will find we have a lot of small get togethers all the time...you'll find out more at the Valentine Day Run

Then, of course, there is always the annual Laughlin Run - not too short, not too long...it will be happening again in 2014.
