5th Annual LV Mob Christmas Caroling Event!
Back By Popular Demand!
We will be doing our annual visit to assisted living homes on Sunday, December 16, 2012.
We will meet at Bob and Melinda's house at ***2:30 PM*** for some rehearsal and snacks,
leaving at 3:45PM for our first visit at 4:00PM. We have reservations at the restaurant for 6:30PM
This will be our fifth year in a row for spreading christmas cheer among some wonderful people who (for some reason ) actually look forward to our visits.
As in past years, we will be singing Christmas carols, and giving small gifts that the residents of the homes truly appreciate. This year our visits will be limited to three facilities in the Henderson/Green Valley area. The home we normally visit in the northwest has a scheduling issue this year.
So, please keep Sunday, 12-16-12 2:30 PM to about 7:30PM open for a little rehearsal at Bob and Melinda's house first, and then off for our event and finishing up at the BJ's Restaurant for dinner.

Hi guys, long time no see, Since I had to sell back the SSR , we had not come out to the events , we do still have the YELLOW Corvette , and Kellie can still hold a good tune, so we would like to come out !!

The LV Mob Members that have done this event in the past know that we get as much fun out of it as do our "victims" To watch and hear them sing along, to see them smile despite their condition and situation, and to be asked to return every year is a wonderful feeling.

2:30PM: at Bob and Melinda's house for a little rehearsal.

4:00PM to 4:30PM: First "engagement"
4:45PM to 5:15PM: Second "gig"
5:30PM to 6:00PM: Final 2012 "performance"

GIFT INFO: In the years past we have presented all of the residents will small gift bags containing gifts that we have brought that they can use and like. We have given:
Warm socks
Hand / foot lotion
Puzzle books
Note pads and pencils
Books
Playing cards
Calendars
And whatever else you may think of that would be enjoyed by the elderly residents.
This year we will be gifting 26 people, 20 women and 6 men. Bob and Melinda already have 26 gift bags started, we just need more cool stuff to fill them up!
Bringing gifts is by no means a requirement for this event. (However, bringing your signing voice is mandatory)
