Talking You snooze, you lose, Linda . . .

She lives 5 minutes away . . . and I beat her to the pics.

Had a great time for a 7 hour notice ! ! The fish was terrific, the coffee great, the french fries, so-so.
The service at Bubba's is always excellent. Our guests were right on time coming down the END OF ROUTE 66 to the pier. Wish you two a safe and rewarding journey home.

Pete & Linda (Peters57Chevy) coming down the Santa Monica Pier.
The "Gang" at Bubba Gumps (sorry for the wrong camera settings)
Gerry (Bondo Princess), Linda (LTsSSR), and Linda (peters57chevy)
Our honored Florida guest, Pete and Linda at the end of Route 66 (or the beginning, depending on which direction you're going)
Trucks on the pier waiting to take us all home and Pete & Linda on to San Diego.

Maybe if they swing through Phoenix on the way back we could meet up??
We are so sorry we couldn't meet up with everyone. We just weren't on a schedule so we didn't know when nor where we were arriving. We won't be stopping in Phoenix on the way back but we will be in Tuscon on Thursday. Probably Dallas on Saturday & Sunday. Then there is a possiblity of Houston on Monday. This is all tenative.

Rt 66 Trip

Thank you for posting the pics from your dinner last night with Pete and Linda. Glad to hear they made it all the way across safely, what with these crazy spring storms all over the country.
