I'm going to be me a new/but I'm not new special needs teacher(not a hooker....Marty idea) I am going to teach at Darnel/in NW Vegas. Need a place to live in that area............aptmt is fine, but meed pool and some special things, 2 bedroom and 2 bath. have two cats/declawed.

North West Las Vegas is a rapidly growing area, like the rest of Vegas. One part or other of the reigon has been the fastest growing city in the US for about 5 years running. There are plenty of Apartemnts and all of them have pools.

Hi Sam and welcome to Las Vegas. North Las Vegas is a growing area, but you need to look around the area near your school so that you can cut down on your drive time. Las Vegas has a lot of good apartments and homes for sale, so you most likely will have plenty to evaluate. Do you have an SSR? I noticed that you did not have one listed. You will find that the Vegas MOB is a great bunch of SSR Fanatics. We try to have a get together each month and do a little cruising or maybe attend a car show or two. We enjoy a good party and are always looking a reason to have a party. If you have any other questions and you feel that I can be of some assistances you can PM me.

Welcome to the Vegas Mob. There are plenty of homes and apartments that are empty. There are plenty of places to start looking and closer to work is best.
If you were me I would look for homes above the 215. My sister lived there for 3 years and did not hear much about crime in her neighbor hood. May be a few of the other owners that lives on the North West side can say more.

Hey Sam, welcome to the desert! Let me know what area you are looking at to live, I work in the NW area for a developer and there are som real good deals right now. The ketchup and mustard colors are truely desireable especially if you cant find but I think I will stick with . Look us up when you get here too! If fo some reason we dont have a welcome party, we do have an August party scheduled somewhere and September is at our house. We havnt picked a date yet but we'll keep you'll posted.
