So-Cal hot rodders, please note. We are scheduling a new Hot Rod and Classic Car Cruise-In (for vehicles of all years) at Coco's Restaurant in Rancho Bernardo on the third Sunday of each month (beginning this Sunday) from 11:00 to 3:00.

All participants will receive a 20% food discount from Coco's, who is hosting the cruise for us. Hope my fellow SSR-owners can join us. For further details, email me at: kjoTeamRFC@aol.com.

Hey Ken,

We have to pick up friends at the airport this Sunday ... Next month we are going on the AZ run. I would love to join you. Not sure where that Coco's is located. Keep us posted for December.

Sorry Zach. The turn-out was low (due to weather, I'm sure), so we left at 2:00 rather than 3:00. Hope you will try to come next month (November 19). Also, Coco's gives you a 20% discount for bringing a vehicle. Nice deal.

Sorry we missed you,
Ken

Hey San Diego,
The weather is in our favor! Who knows for how long. Let's get thos rods out tomorrow, may be the last chance for a while for those SSR folks who's rides don't like the rain.

Amen to that, Zack.

Quite a few people are showing interest, now that the word is getting around. Let's have a good showing of SSRs (those who didn't go to Phoenix for the weekend).

Need directions? Call me at 858-774-3898.

Interested in cruises

I am interested in any events beign scheduled in December.
We have an 05' and are just now finding time to do something besides run errands with it. It is a daily driver and has 34k in 14months. Encinitas is our home base. Saw a one at Costco (Carlsbad) today and talking with her reminded me I belong to this site.

Our next cruise is Sunday, December 17th. November was only our second Cruise, and we had 28 vehicles. Everyone was excited to meet again and want to bring friends with them. By the way, of the 28 there were 3 SSRs.

Don't forget, 20% meal discount from Coco's when you bring a car.

Ya'll come next month,
Ken (SSRRev)

SSRRev - I am going to try to make the next get together. I have been so busy that I need to start taking a little time off for myself.

Was it Vix?

Thanks for the response.
I don't know if that was Vix or not, my wife was doing all the talking while I filled up. She was short with short blond hair driving a toy...( topless too ! LOL), with a clear windbreak and personalized plates that included a heart.
We go topless as long as the temp is above 60 and there is no rain. Yes I do drive it in the rain...It's a driver!

Thanks for the date in Dec. We will check our schedules and would be delighted to attend if it works out. Who do we contact if it is a go?
