Opens at 10 AM on Saturdays. According to web site (and yelp reviews as recent as 5/31/2011), they do not accept credit cards. The site says that there is an ATM is close by...

Muster at the McDonalds on Pocket Road (8940 Pocket Road, Sacramento, CA 95831-4456) Leaving about 10 AM for Rio Vista, CA (it up to the group on how to get there. Can take 160 all the way down, or can take I5/CA12). About 50 Min drive.
Bay Area:
Muster at the Antioch Kmart (3625 East 18th Street, Antioch, CA 94509). Leaving at about 10:40 AM. Driving straight up CA160. About 20 Minute drive.
Looking to meet in Rio Vista at about 11 AM ish.
