and Parade

Located At Maxwell High School 515 Oak St

Saturday, May 21, 2011

Parade : (optional) 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Car Show : 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Car Show parking & registration 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Early Bird Parking 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

(parade closes show access between 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.)

Awards at 2:30 p.m.

OPEN TO ALL YEAR MODEL CARS AND TRUCKS

NO ENTRY FEE

Pre-Registration Recommended Mention Jefferson State SSR's Day of show entries accepted.
* All entries will participate in free raffle at 1:15 p.m.
* Dash Plaques for the first 100 entries
* Complimentary Coffee will be served

Redding area SSR's meet at Lumberjacks Restaurant 7 am for breakfast or 7:45 to join the cruise departing at 8 am for Maxwell.

Wanted to attend but son decided to proposed which obviously changed plans. Any photos?

We had a great drive to and from Maxwell (100 miles each way) from Redding via Historic 99W.
Sure beats I-5 and all the trucks, speeding cars and flying rocks.

Unfortunately Pat's Pacific Blue left a half hour later and blasted down I-5 and took a rock to the windshield

We had a place set aside for us at the show as seen in the photos, smack dab in the middle of the grounds.

Here's a few pic's of our SSR's and my Casita. Why the Casita? you ask. To haul the E-Z Up and on my way back I joined the Tear Jerkers 1st Jefferson State Gathering at Black Butte Lake.

I also invited my friend Darell to join in the fun and he brought his '56 DeSoto.
