Been there done that... twice!
It's a repair. Bondo done right will not give you any problems, either.
Just be sure that they get the curves right. My inner bumper/fender metal support was tweaked, and after the second accident (first was my fault, second wasn't) I replaced the rear bumper with new after many wasted hours failing to get the curves and gaps just right.
I have seen your damage first hand and have almost 30 yrs experience in the collision repair industry - the PROPER repair by anyone's standard is to straighten that panel!!! We are not talking a bolt on fender here - this is a structural welded-on quarter panel. The replacement of the quarter requires cutting off the old panel, drilling out robotic welds and then positioning and re-welding the new panel on. Under the best repair scenario, corrosion protection may be compromised, and it may not be possible or practical to install the new panel 100% at the factory seams. This would mean butt-seaming the panel with an internal sleeve and likely just as much "Bondo" as a repair would require.
JC, you know me . . . If that was my SSR () I would, without a dought want that panel repaired!!

Guys, I just had the unfortunate timing of a high wind shopping cart to the right front fender, about a 6" long dent. I met with a guy that is awesome, he is going to fix the dent and repaint the nice scratch that was on my rear lid when I bought it. I have never seen better paint work. He just did my neighbors 55AMG Black and it is beautiful. I am trying to get a schedule from him and am also having him install a chin spoiler from DZH with paint, fit, etc...The shop is CoachWorks Collision Center talk to Al or Andrew and tell him I sent you, great guys. 702-434-1101 He also custom painted my other neighbors show truck.

Good News
My dent is removed and looks like new. They said they did not replace any of the exterior pieces which most of you agreed they should do. I was really suprised of the service and how fast they worked on Silver Wolf, one week (five business days).
They allowed me to examine her every day when she was in the shop. Also they respected my wishes on not running her through a regular auto wash so they called a guy in to hand wash. He did alright, left a few water spots. Will post pics of the rear fender sometime this week.
Thanks to all those who gave me advice because those we also my concerns when I was looking for a shop.
