Vegas - need a donor insulating pad (hood)

Hi friends! I'm getting ready to start developing a new product -
hood insulation pad. They seem to wear out ..

Mine will be fiberglass, intended to be finished with ext.paint, so the surface will be straight and smooth.
the shape however should be similar to that of a factory pad.
I'm thinking it could install with or without insulating material between the pad and the hood.

Are there two different kins of insulating pads depending on model year?

If someone in Vegas has one to donate for the project, I'd be happy to pick it up.

it doesn't have to be perfect, or anything. possible couldwork out some kind of a deal if the donor interested in a fiberglass pad.

VEGASSR Chuck offered his a while back, but i can't get ahold of him.

Anyway, any info would be appreciated!

Thank you "BLAKIE" for offering your's.
Looking forward to receiving it and starting on the project.
Dakota Doc Martin already sent me his underhood billet SSR letters,
we wnat to make sure they work together (my pad and his letters).
I must say, Doc is a class act, andthe letters are flawless.

The first custom pad is your's "BLACKIE" at no cost per our PMs!(Just S&H)

Thanks again!

Looking forward to seeing how this project progresses. You have made excellent efforts to provide us replacement fenders and custom goodies, please keep those wheels turning so we have somewhere to go for unique parts.

Do you have a website of all the parts you sell or do you just list on EBay now and then?

Thank you very much gentlemen for the kind words, we are still kicking
Right now I'm just about to finish a F/G hood, both outer and inner molds done, and I laid both parts. This hood we'll offer in plain form (Stock like),
it'll have provisions for the stock nose emblem too, then we''ll do one with vents and with cowl scoop.

The Web site - I'm building it, but for now all my items are in E-bay store,
which is a permanent way of having items there,
The link is here:
