Had someone look at our house today. I think it is going to sell in the next two months. Watch out California, another tax payer coming your way. Trim back Cal Trans and lower the taxes.

I don't know if you've decided on a spot in CA but while helping my son and his family locate a new apartment in Orange Co I became re-familiar with Old Towne Santa Ana, which has become an artist's village. They have new townhouse setups that includes retail space. Very nice and reasonably priced for sale although lease runs about $1900 per. Three story - top two floors are living quarters (2 bedroom) and bottom floor is studio/retail. If I could talk the Mr. into relocating I would definitely give this a hard look.
