We're home!

What a great event. Thanks again to Gina and Danny for being such great hosts and to all the other Fanatics who made it such a memorable event.

We got into Nashville, TN Tuesday afternoon, checked into the Marriott and then went to The Grand Ole Opry. Every country music fan, which Gerry and I are, needs to go there at least once. Wednesday we cruised downtown Nashville and Music Row, went to the Gibson Guitar Factory and then went to the Wild Horse Saloon for a Bar-B-Que dinner and some dancing.

We flew out this morning and landed in Ontario this afternoon. All in all, a great trip and a great event. But, it's good to be back home. I just might have to take the R out for a spin this evening.

Again, thank you all for a great time................

Thank you two so much for making this rally. Its always great to have some westies come out.

Isnt Nashvilee great? Did you make it to Tootsies? I'm glad the band on Saturday night after the banquet got that country song in for you.

Also, I'm glad that ya'll won one of those banners in the drawing to. With all the effort you made to get here, you deserve it!!

If we make out west this winter in the motorhome (depends on gas ) we will see you in Laughlin.

Here are a few pics of our stop at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN.

1. Front of the Grand Ole Opry.
2. The Grand Ole Opry Stage. The light colored circle in the middle of the stage is not a spotlight. When the built the new Opry House, they cut a circular section out of the old stage and put it in the new stage.
3, 4, and 5. Inside the lobby of the Opryland Hotel.

We really enjoyed Nashville. We walked by Tootsie's on Wednesday night, but it was so crowded we couldn't get in.
