Colfax Cruise

Do any SSR fanatics do the Colfax Cruise? I have gone the last few years in a Prowler and always see that group and was just wondering if the SSR folks do the same.

Yes some of us do. However I am bringing my 1956 Chevy Black Bel-air 2 dr. hdtp.I will be located at East High School location.I believe it is Sat. the 24th aft. till dark.Lots of hot rods and new cruising !

I am having a hard time picking a car to take

I was told that the speed channel will be there this year!

There are 5 stops along the route,many with entertainment.On the west end of Colfax Ave. is Pilfers Sports Bar out in Lakewood on the west end,then there is Mile High Broncos Stadium,prizes etc.Then there is East High school in east Denver ,music, and then there is NAPA AUTO PARTS at Chambers and Colfax on the far east side in Aurora.Cars will be cruising and parking at different sites.Enjoy,1pm till dark.

On second thought I am going to bring the 05 red SSR truck.I am going to do the Brush,Colo. OCTOBERFEST show that morning so I will be getting to the Colfax Ave. Cruise in the later afternoon.Won,t have time to go home and change to the 56 Chevy and then come back.

I will be heading down with my Uncle to begin with in a 56 2dr lincoln. He does the speed walk through cars and will want to go home. I will be coming back in my 06 Red SSR, I will keep an eye out for ya. This is one of the better events in Denver cant wait!
