Dinner at Giuseppe's, Colorado Springs, Nov. 3rd

It was really great to meet more Colorado SSR folks last month in Estes Park!

I am following up on our promise to get everyone together more frequently. We like to have our first Colorado Rendezvous, Sat., November 3 at 6 PM at Giuseppe's in Colorado Springs (thanks to Jim and Nancy for the great suggestion). Giuseppe's is located at 10 South Sierra Madre, Colorado Springs. Their website is http://www.giuseppesdepot.com and has restaurant info and menus. Looks like a fun place!

Right now plans include dinner, but we are open to other ideas. Maybe some of us in the south metro area could cruise down to the Springs together.

Please let me know if you are able to come to dinner and any other ideas you may have. I'll make reservations later next week.

Put us down. We should be in the springs by 5:30-6:00 your time.We are headed to fricksburg,tx to galveston to oky city the 18th to24th. vacation time , yes-yes. Looking forward to Durango next sept. To bad the Iron Springs Melodrama is closed I think or it would be fun as a group? Denny & Kay

Reservations are a good idea. I called the restaurant earlier this week and they said we should make them at least 2 weeks ahead. However, with the holiday season approaching they encouraged making them as soon as we knew our group's plans.

If you could make them that would be great! I think our group will be between 8-12 people. I need to email a couple of interested people personally who came last month because I can't find them on the Fanatics list. I think we picked them up from coloradossr.com. I can let you know what our head count is later this coming week if that works.

Ive been out of the SSR "loop" for a while....I missed the Estes Park thing....but might be able to make this shindig....Im scheduled to work that day from 7a til 7p...but I can probably take a few hours comp time...

It was GREAT to meet all you folks tonight!!....This was our first "official" SSR activity, and we're looking foward to MANY more!!

Any time any of you guys are down this way give me a holler, if Im not working we'll hook up for coffee, etc...
