Texas Caravan to Durango

Heading West, We need to set time to leave the trip take 10 hours 11 minutes
I suggest 5:00 or 5:30 We can meet up at various locations that suit your location.

from: the colony texas to: Albuquerque, Bernalillo, New Mexico, United States - Google Maps
Wed. Aug 20 Overnighting at the RT66 Casino

Thursday Meeting up with California group at 4 corners. There are resturants along the way including a Sonci just south of Shiprock and maybe we can get some cool pictures

from: Shiprock NM to: Albuquerque, Bernalillo, New Mexico, United States - Google Maps

5 am sounds good to me. I just need to stop around noonish to do about 45 min to an hour's worth of work so that I'm good to go the rest of the day. I hate having to work from the road, but I gotta do it to keep the business running and customers paying.

What route are you taking from The Colony and Plano....so we can plan meeting points along the way? For us, looks like 35 to 380 to 287........there is a Cracker Barrel at 35 and 380...we could meet there?

Kind of gone over the maps and route, so far this is what I have in mind, let me know what you think

meet 5:30 Cracker Barrel Denton I-35/380
drive 2 1/2 -3 hours to Witchita Falls eat at Cracker Barrel, (Nancy will this be to early for you to work?) if not we can stop and eat
stop for a snack/gas/restroom,somewhere around Amarillo.

getting into Alburquerque, check into hotel and then go eat, we have two options, eat at hotel buffet or sit down restuarant or Monte Carlo Steak House, saw this place on the Food Network Channel
Y'all tell me what you want and I will git R done

Theresa and I will fall in line with you guys at the roadside park, just north of Decatur around 6 am. Please watch your speed going around Decatur. The city boys and the hp have been stopping people left and right.
I am SO ready for this trip. Wayne

NO! We would never get there if I lead. I'll get somewhere in the middle and Jack will be the tailgunner.
