Thumbs up DiabloSport/Predator

When the Predator first came on the market for the 2005/2006 LS2 SSR's, I was really excited and ready to plunk down my cash. After some research I was disappointed to find that the unit would not re-program the Transmission Control Module. I have no doubt the Predator is a great product and works well on changes to other vehicle parameters. I'm conservative in that I feel the LS2 has enough power for the type of driving I do. But I do crave more seat of the pants feel, which is why I would have loved if DiabloSport had included the ability of unit to make TCM changes for such things as firmer/quicker, tire chirping gear changes that put you back in that seat.
When my factory warranty expires, my first modification will likely be a change to a 4:10 or 4:56 rear gear ratio and would have already gone with the Predator tuner had it not been for the lack of TCM control change ability.
In conclusion, I'm not complaining and know that research and developement of a product is not cheap. I have hope that Mike@Diablo and the other people there are listening in. Maybe changes are in the works for an enhancement, to include TCM re-programing?

When and if ............ I'll be in line for a Predator purchase for my 2005/Auto SSR!
